1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoziRoti ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, job seekers, and employers who access any part of rotirozi.pk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Job Seekers

  • Creating an account and applying to jobs on RoziRoti is free.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV, profile, and any application materials you submit.
  • Misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or identity is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • RoziRoti does not guarantee employment as a result of using the Platform.

4. Employers

  • Employers may post jobs under a free or paid subscription plan.
  • All job postings must be for genuine, legal positions within Pakistan or for Pakistani candidates abroad.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job postings are strictly prohibited and will be removed without refund.
  • Employers must not use candidate data obtained through RoziRoti for any purpose other than evaluating applications for the specific role advertised.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable law.
  • Impersonate any person, company, or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RoziRoti — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to RoziRoti. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or current. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or job seekers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoziRoti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any employment decision made by you or an employer.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rotirozi.pk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
